I make these heavy duty leashes using raw saddle leather, 1” welded ring, heavy duty lobster clip, and copper rivets.
The clip attaches to the collar, the leash goes around the dog’s chest behind the front legs, the welded ring also attaches to the clip, and the rest of the leash is in your hand.
This leash constricts the chest of your dog (they don’t like it) stopping them from pulling and making them heel. It is a great training tool for dogs.
This is especially helpful for dog walkers and for hunters.
